  • A $220 million (390,000sf) three-story, environmentally friendly building that will accommodate 150 buses. 
  • The facility is designed with full maintenance shop, three fueling lanes for buses and three lanes for bus washing on the ground floor.
  • The second and third floor provide bus parking spaces and administration offices.
  • Achieved MTA’s first LEED Gold certification, incorporating a green roof design, storm water management to wash buses, and a “SolarWall” technology to enhance the building’s energy use.
